GoHighLevel Platform Tracking
Our websites and funnels are built on GoHighLevel, a marketing and CRM platform. GoHighLevel automatically collects certain data from visitors to our pages, including IP addresses, browser data, page visit history, and session information. This data is used to operate our marketing funnels and CRM system.

Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): Advertising and audience building through the Facebook Pixel. Meta's Data Policy is available at facebook.com/policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Processing
All payment transactions on our websites are processed through Stripe, a secure payment processing service. When you make a purchase, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or other sensitive financial data.

Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

We send marketing and promotional emails to subscribers who have opted in to receive our communications through our website forms and landing pages. Our email communications are managed through GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign.
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional emails related to your account, purchases, or services.
10. Course and Membership Platform
Radical Pathway offers a course and membership platform hosted through GoHighLevel. When you register for and access our course or membership content, we collect and store information including your name, email address, login credentials, and activity within the platform such as course progress and completion data.
This information is used to provide you with access to the content and services you have purchased, to track your progress, and to improve our offerings. Your course and membership data is stored within GoHighLevel's secure platform.
